David Kay has been hired by Van Wagner Sports and Entertainment to serve as the General Manager for Valpo Athletics Sponsorships – the partnership between Valpo Athletics and Van Wagner.

Kay brings 19 years of experience working within minor league baseball, most recently spending the last five seasons as the Vice President and Assistant General Manager for the Gary Southshore RailCats of the American Association. Kay handled all aspects of corporate sponsorships with the RailCats, as well as group outings. Prior to joining the RailCats organization, Kay held positions with the Tulsa Drillers, the Arkansas Travelers, and the Carolina Mudcats.
