Another set of preseason predictions came across Wednesday afternoon as College Baseball Insider announced its coaches survey.

Valparaiso was tabbed at first, a sentiment shared by Perfect Game and College Sports Madness.  Senior Kyle Wormington was chosen as one of three "top starting pitchers" in the conference.  Second baseman Tanner Vavra was voted best defensive infielder as well as one of three best pure hitters.

The Crusaders open next weekend in Nashville where they'll play Belmont twice and Ohio once.
