Junior starting pitcher Dalton Lundeen (Streamwood, Ill./Streamwood) was named to the Horizon League All-Tournament Team on Saturday. The left-hander tossed a 141-pitch shutout of Youngstown State in Valpo's 8-0 victory in the opening game of the Horizon League Baseball Championship on Wednesday. He scattered seven hits and struck out seven Penguins.

The All-Tournament selection is the second of his career. He earned the same honor in 2013 after firing eight shutout innings against Wright State in Valpo’s tournament-clinching win at Eastwood Field in Niles, Ohio. 

Lundeen finished 2015 with a 3.75 earned run average and five wins for the third consecutive season.
