2018: Made four appearances while battling an injury… Totaled 446 passing yards (111.5 per game) on 41-of-71 while completing three touchdown passes and tossing two interceptions… Cracked the Top 5 in program history for career passing yards on Sept. 22 vs. Truman State, becoming the first Valpo player to enter the Top 5 since Eric Hoffman (2011-2013), who exited as the Valpo recordholder. He passed Dave Lass (1962-1964) to enter the Top 5…Performed a quick kick and punted the ball 40 yards down to the 1-yard line on Sept. 22 vs. Truman State…  Completed a season high 12 passes on Sept. 12 vs. Davidson and racked up a season-best 160 passing yards and two touchdowns… Received a redshirt and retained two seasons of eligibility… Enters his redshirt junior year with 4,491 career passing yards and 4,429 yards of total offense, ranking fifth in program history in both categories.

2017: Started all 11 games for the Crusaders, throwing for 2,602 yards, completing 180 of his 306 pass attempts (58.8 percent), averaging 236.8 passing yards per game and completing 18 touchdown passes… Ranked fourth in the PFL in passing yards per game, third in pass efficiency and sixth in total offense… Finished fourth in program history in passing yards in a single season and fifth for touchdowns in a single year while also finishing fourth in total offense… Finished his sophomore season with 4,045 career passing yards, which already ranks sixth in program history and 3,984 career yards of total offense, already eighth… Completed the season ranked 10th nationally in yards per completion at 14.46… Twice named the PFL Offensive Player of the Week, Oct. 15 and Oct. 29… First PFL weekly honor came after he went 17-of-28 passing for 262 yards and three touchdowns in a 49-15 win over Marist… Second PFL Offensive Player of the Week award came after Valpo’s next game, a 63-32 win over Morehead State that saw Valpo total 597 yards of offense. Seewald went 14-of-24 passing for 316 yards and a pair of touchdowns against the Eagles… Season highs for completions, passing yards and touchdowns came Week 2 against Duquesne, when Seewald completed 26 passes for 424 yards and four touchdowns. That was the most passing yards in a game by a Valpo quarterback since Eric Hoffman threw for a school-record 495 against William Jewell on Sept. 14, 2013. It was also the most passing yards a Valpo QB accumulated against a Division I opponent since David Macchi’s 452 against Jacksonville in 2003… In the game against Duquesne, Seewald found Parker Fox for an 80-yard TD, his longest pass completion of the season and Valpo’s longest completion since 2013… The performance against the Dukes helped Seewald secure an honorable mention for STATS FCS Offensive Player of the Week... Became the first Valpo starting quarterback to guide his team to a winning season since 2003.

2016: Played in 10 games and passed for 1,443 yards and 13 touchdowns as a freshman... Threw for 144.3 yards per game, ninth in the PFL and first among PFL freshmen... Ranked sixth in the PFL in pass efficiency (126.9) and 10th in total offense (141.4)... Made his collegiate debut on Sept. 3 at Illinois State and completed five passes for 31 yards... Made his first career start on Sept. 17 against Trinity International, going 22-of-29 for 345 yards and throwing five touchdown passes... His performance against Trinity International matched the program record for TD passes in a single game and helped him garner the PFL Offensive Player of the Week award... Completed a 61-yard TD pass to Jean Rene in the game against Trinity International, the longest Valpo pass completion since 2014... Member of PFL Academic Honor Roll. 

Prep: A four-year letter winner for the Falcons ... two-time All-Area selection by the Detroit News ... also twice a Dearborn All-City choice and named to the Detroit Free Press All-West Team ... earned First Team All-League honors at quarterback each of his final two years ... two-year team captain ... received the Tony Versaci Award in 2015, presented to the player who demonstrates strong Christian values, academic and athletic excellence and extraordinary leadership ... also earned three letters in basketball ... an All-League and All-City selection on the hardwood.
