Fall 2021: Received the team’s Outstanding Hitter Award... Played in seven games and accrued 60 tackles including 29 solos stops... Registered 6.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, three pass breakups and one QB hurry... Had a season-high 14 tackles on two occasions, Sept. 4 at Indiana Wesleyan and Oct. 9 at St. Thomas.

Spring 2021: Named to the All-PFL First Team… Earned the team’s Defensive Player of the Year Award… Finished as the team leader with 42 tackles (22 solos) while starting all six games… Ranked seventh in the PFL at 7.0 tackles per game… Ranked 15th in the league with 0.33 sacks per game and tied for second with 0.33 forced fumbles per game… Had a pair of sacks, three tackles for loss, two pass breakups, one QB hurry and two forced fumbles during the season… Accumulated eight tackles in the season opener at Butler, his third collegiate game with eight or more stops… Named the team’s Defensive Player of the Week for his March 20 performance vs. Drake, when he registered six tackles, 0.5 tackles for loss and a QB hurry… Tied for the team lead in tackles on March 27 vs. Butler with nine including six solo stops and one sack… Had a team-high nine tackles on April 10 at Morehead State… Had five or more tackles in all six games… Bookended the season with forced fumbles, notching one in the March 13 opener at Butler and one in the April 17 finale vs. San Diego… Member of PFL Academic Honor Roll.

2019: Saw action in 11 of the team’s 12 games, registering 62 tackles (31 solos) and 3.0 tackles for loss… Forced a pair of fumbles while also receiving credit for two QB hurries and a pass breakup… Tied for fourth in the Pioneer Football League with 0.18 forced fumbles per game… Tied for 23rd in the league at 5.6 tackles per game… After having seven tackles over eight games during his freshman season, exceeded his 2018 season total with 10 in the season opener at Eastern Kentucky… Led the team in the tackle department in the game against the Colonels, which was his first career start… Was named the team’s Defensive Player of the Week while also being named the Indiana Army National Guard Player of the Week by Valpo Athletics in Week 1… Led the team with 10 tackles on Nov. 9 vs. Morehead State, equaling the season opener for his season high… Member of PFL Honor Roll.

2018: Had seven tackles over eight games during his freshman campaign… Made his first career tackle in his debut on Sept. 15 at Youngstown State, then had a season-high three tackles in his second appearance on Oct. 6 at Dayton.

Prep: Was a unanimous all-Big 12 Conference first-team selection… Earned three varsity letters… Named all-area first team after leading his team in tackles and TFL… Was a team captain and helped lead his team to an undefeated conference championship… Was named all-conference, all-state academic and honor roll all four years.

Personal: Majoring in nursing… Son of Scott and Keisha Peifer… Has one sister, Skleigh.
