2018: Started all 11 games and made seven receptions for 77 yards including a 20-yard catch… Recovered Valpo on-side kicks on Oct. 20 at Morehead State and Nov. 3 at Marist. Valpo hadn’t had an on-side kick recovery by any player since the start of the 2008 season (0-for-11 in that span) until the Koehler recovery on Oct. 20, then he went on to do it twice in three weeks… There were only five on-side kick recoveries in the entire PFL in 2018 and two of them were Koehler… Had a season-high two catches on Nov. 10 vs. Jacksonville including a season-long 17-yard reception… Member of PFL Honor Roll.

2017: After seeing action in just three games as a freshman, played in all 11 during his sophomore season… Finished with 71 receiving yards on eight receptions, good for 8.9 yards per catch and 6.5 yards per game… Had the first multi-catch game of his career with two grabs for 23 yards on Sept. 23 at Drake, including a career-long 18-yard grab… Had catches in four of the team’s final five games.

2016: Played in three games as a redshirt freshman for the Crusaders... Made his collegiate debut on Sept. 10 at Sacred Heart... Made his first career catch on Sept. 24 against Davidson... Member of the PFL Academic Honor Roll. 

2015: Redshirted in his first year at Valpo ... maintained four years of eligibility.

Prep: A four-year letter winner for the Vikings...named Most Improved Player following his freshman season...earned Offensive MVP honors for his sophomore campaign...also lettered four times in basketball and three times in baseball...earned the District Sportsmanship Award for basketball his junior season...member of National Honor Society, Student Council and served as Historian of his graduating class...graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors.
