Valparaiso University announced today that single-game tickets for the 2010-2011 men's basketball season will go on sale Monday morning, Oct. 25, at 10 a.m.  The Crusaders have also released their promotional schedule for the upcoming season as well.

Single-game tickets will be available Monday for all games, except the Purdue and Butler contests.  They can be purchased at the Valparaiso University ticket office, online at http://www.valpoathletics.com/tickets/ or over the phone at 1-877-MY-VU-TIX.  Tickets are $25 for chairback seats, $12 for lower bleacher seats and $7 for mezzanine seats.

In addition, the Crusaders announced their promotional schedule for the 2010-2011 campaign, which kicks off with the Homer Drew Court Dedication next Saturday, Oct. 30.  Free Homer Drew bobbleheads will be distributed to the first 1,000 fans.

There will be a number of Community Nights over the course of the season for residents of Valparaiso, Chesterton, Portage, Hebron and Kouts.  Also, four games have been designated Family Nights, with four mezzanine tickets and four concession vouchers for $28 or four lower bleacher tickets and four concession vouchers for $48.

Other promotional nights during the 2010-2011 campaign include Hometown Hero Night (Nov. 12), Alumni Night (Dec. 28), Scout Day (Jan. 9), Chamber Night (Jan. 21), Teacher Day (Jan. 23), Steelworkers Night (Feb. 12), and Lutheran Night (Feb. 19).  For more information on any of the promotional nights, see the attached PDF.
