Valpo and Butler have agreed to play a men's basketball game in Valpo's Athletics-Recreation Center on Nov. 29, 2006, Valpo director of athletics Mark LaBarbera announced. The game serves as a return date for this year's contest between the schools, which will be played at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on Bracket Buster Saturday Feb. 19 beginning at 2 p.m. EST.

?We are excited about hosting Butler in 2006," LaBarbera said. ?Having these two programs play each other provides a great matchup for college basketball and the state of Indiana."

Valpo and Butler, which have not played since the 1994-95 season, will compete on the hardwood for the 90th time on Feb. 19. Both schools were longtime members of the old Indiana Collegiate Conference. Reserved tickets for the Feb. 19 game can be purchased for $15 each through the VU Ticket Office at 464-5233. Walkup sale of general admission tickets are $10 for adults.
