With the 2016-17 season right around the corner, the Valparaiso University men's and women's basketball teams hosted their annual Season Ticket Holder Open Practice on Friday evening at the ARC.

The teams ran through some practice drills in front of over 300 Crusader fans before being introduced to the crowd by their head coaches - Tracey Dorow on the women's side and first-year head coach Matt Lottich on the men's side. The fans then enjoyed dinner and interaction with the players and coaches, and also got the first looks at both teams' intro videos for the coming season.

The Crusader women play their lone open exhibition game at the ARC next Thursday, Nov. 3, at 7 p.m. as they host Indianapolis, while the Valpo men's only exhibition game of the preseason comes two days later, Saturday, Nov. 5 versus Hillsdale at 7:30 p.m.
