Valparaiso concluded its spring trip on Thursday with a 9-0 loss to Embry-Riddle in Daytona Beach, Fla.

Embry-Riddle swept all three doubles matches, with the closest being played at third doubles. Tyler Neemann (Manassas, Va./Stonewall Jackson H.S.) teamed with Nathan Gordon (Plymouth, Ind./Plymouth H.S.), but fell 8-6.

In singles play, the Crusaders lost all six matches in straight sets.

Valpo will return to action on Mar. 22 when the Brown and Gold travel to IPFW for a 12 p.m. CST match.
