Prep: A solid all-around high school athlete, he started at six positions on the football field between his junior and senior seasons...was also a three-year letter winner on the basketball team (including an All-Area selection), a squad that was crowned back-to-back conference champions in 2012-13 and 2013-14...he served as captain on the two-time state champion tennis team...voted All-Area as a sophomore after finishing fifth individually in doubles play at the IHSA State Tournament.
