Senior Steve Bartholomew (Valparaiso, Ind./Morgan Township) is one of 17 competitors selected to compete in the weight throw at the NCAA Indoor Championships, to be contested March 14-15 at Fayetteville, Ark.

Bartholomew qualified for the national meet with his school and Horizon League-record mark of 67' 9 3/4” at the League Championships March 1, the 15th-best mark among the 17 entrants. The senior enters the national competition on a roll, having won the event in each of his last five meets, including last Thursday at the Nebraska Last Chance Meet.
