2019: Recorded a personal best in the indoor weight throw as a senior, hitting 42-3½ (12.89m) at the Feb. 15 GVSU Tune-Up.  Hit 39-6½ (12.05m) in the event at the MVC Indoor Championships. 

2018: Finished 13^th at the Bob Eubanks Open in the 60 meter dash with a season-best time of 9.19…Had a season-best indoor 200 meter time of 23.87 on Dec. 1 at Notre Dame…Secured an outdoor season-best 800 meter dash time of 2:00.86 at the DePaul invitational April 20.

2017: Crossed the line in 7.81 in the 60m dash on Jan. 13, his best time of the indoor season... Had the best indoor 60m hurdles time of any Crusader, a 9.17 on Dec. 2... Turnedin a season-best time of 24.71 on March 25 in the 200m dash... Enjoyed the team's top time in the outdoor 110m hurdles with a 16.77 on April 15.

2016: Received a season-best time of 9.35 in the 60m hurdles…7.72 seconds in the 60m dash for indoor competition.

Prep: Four-year letter winner for the Redskins…2015 and 2014 teamwork award winner...four-time academic honors recipient…two-year letterwinner in football…2014 teamwork award champ.
