2020 (Track & Field): Started his season by finishing second in the 3000-meter run, running a time of 8:26.94 on the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic on Jan. 17. The time is the third-fastest 3000 in Valpo’s history… Finished second in the mile run on Jan. 24 at Indiana State’s John Gartland Invitational with a time of 4:18.00… On Feb. 15, traveled to Boston University for the David Hemery Invitational, where he finished the 5000-meter run with a program record-breaking time of 14:43.69.

2019 (Cross Country): Competed in all six meets for Valpo as a redshirt-sophomore… Ran the best 6K of his career at the Crusader Open on Sept. 6, when he finished second on the team and 14^th overall at 19:02.7… Set a PR in the 5-mile — with a mark of 25:36.61 — on Oct. 4 at Notre Dame’s Joe Piane Invite… Finished fourth on the team with an 8K mark of 26:37.3 at the MVC Championship, which Valpo hosted on Nov. 2… Ran the program’s 10^th-best 10K time at NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 15, recording a mark of 33:12.0.

2019 (Track & Field): Ran his best indoor mile time of the season on Jan. 25 at the GVSU Open, coming across at 4:28.70… Had the team’s third-best time and finished sixth in the indoor 3000-meter run (8:41.82) on Feb. 15 at the GVSU Tune-Up. Ran anchor on the distance medley team that broke into Valpo’s Top 5 in program history at Notre Dame’s Fred Wilt Invitational on Feb. 1. Recorded personal bests in three events during the outdoor season. Ran 4:01.10 in the 1,500-meter run on April 13 at Illinois Twilight. Competed in the MVC Championship and recorded personal bests in the 5,000 meter run (14:55.60) and 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:38.42), the latter being the team’s best mark of the season.

2018 (Cross Country): Ran in every event as a redshirt freshman with Valparaiso…Opened his season with a second-place team finish and a 19:18.3 time at the Crusader Open…Went on to post his top 8K performance of the year at the Greater Louisville Classic, where he placed third on the team in 25:37.5… Competed in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, where he finished fourth on the Valpo squad in 34:08.1.

2017 (Cross Country): Did not see any action during rookie campaign for the Crusaders. 

Prep: Three-year letter winner for the Hawks ... won 2016 regional as an individual and team ... qualified for 2016 state as an individual ... 2016 All-Sectional and All-Regional member ... team went to state in 2014 and 2015 ... four-time letter winner in track ... school record in the varsity indoor 1,600m event with a time of 4:20.0 ... graduated AP Scholar with honors.

Personal: Son of Melissa and Martin Worman ... majors are computer engineering and computer science.
