2019 All-MVC Outdoor (Hammer Throw) 

2020: Started the season by finishing fourth in the weight throw, recording a mark of 52-0½ (15.86m) on Jan. 17 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic… Finished fifth in the weight throw in the following meet, Indiana State’s John Gartland Invitational on Jan. 24… Recorded top-3 finishes in both the shot put and weight throw on Feb. 7-8 at the Windy City Rumble hosted by the University of Chicago… Had an eighth-place finish on Feb. 15 at the GVSU Big Meet in Allendale, Mich. by recording a mark of 52-8¾ (16.07m) in the weight throw… Recorded a career-best weight throw of 55-11¾ (17.06m) on Feb. 29 at the MVC Indoor Championships, finishing ninth… Also recorded his season’s best shot put at the Indoor Championships, a toss of 45-5¼ (13.85m)… Finished second on the team in both the weight throw and shot put.

2019: Led the men’s team in indoor throwing as a junior… Set a personal record in the indoor weight throw, hitting 53-11 (16.43m) at the MVC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23 at UNI… Also had the team’s best mark of the season in the shot put when he threw 47-7¾ (14.52m) at the team’s opening indoor meet in Notre Dame on Nov. 30, where he finished fourth in the shot put and fifth in the weight throw. Led the team in three events during the outdoor season. Had the best hammer throw of his career with a mark of 150-8 on April 27 at Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational. Set the program’s second-best mark with a career-best throw of 167-5½ at the MVC Championships May 12, where he finished third in the event. Also at MVC Championships, recorded the team’s best mark of the year in the shot put, hitting 44-1.

2018: Placed fourth overall at the Redbird Invite on April 14 with a 146-5 in the discus…Season-best hammer throw came at the Gibson Invitational on April 6 with a toss of 144-12… Received 14th in the discus throw on March 30 at the Bobcat Invitational with a toss of 156 -10 inches. This throw was also the team’s season best… Received MVC Scholar-Athlete honors for the outdoor season.

2017: Had the team's top mark of the year in the discus on April 22 at 162-1... That distance ranks second in program history and was Valpo's best discus toss since Steve Bartholomew in 2008... Heaved a 44-2.5 in the outdoor shot put on April 29 and a 131-9 in the hammer throw on March 18... Reached his season best in the indoor shot put on Feb. 17 at 45-8.

Prep: Four-year letter winner for the Bulldogs…2016 state qualifier…2016 first-team all-region…2016 first-team all-district…three-time first-team all-WBL…three-time all-county honors member…scholar athlete…class vice-president…top 10 percent of class…member of National Honor Society.
