2022 (Cross Country): Led the team with a 6K time of 18:39.2 at the season-opening Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 2... Finished the 8K in 26:02.99 on Sept. 16 at the Spartan Invite... Finished second on the team with a five-mile time of 25:17.7 at the Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational on Sept. 30... Led the team with an 8K performance of 24:39.1 on Oct. 14, the second-best 8K time in program history... Had an 8K race of 25:51.6 at the MVC Championship on Oct. 28... Led the team in the 10K at 31:59.1 in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 11, the third fastest 10K time in program history.

2022 (Track & Field): Part of an outdoor 4x400m relay that turned in a time of 3:21.97 that ranked fifth in program history... Achieved an indoor 800m run time of 1:54.59 that ranks second in program history... Led the team in the outdoor 800 (1:54.04, fifth in program history), outdoor 1,500 (3:57.11) and indoor 800 (1:54.59)... Set his PR in the 800 at the MVC Outdoor Championships... Placed third in the 1,500 at the Puerto Rico National Championships with a PR of 3:52.7... Earned Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors.

2021 (Cross Country): Was the second Beacon to finish with a 19:15.7 in the 6K at the Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 3... Finished the 8K in 25:34.5 at the Illinois State Invite on Sept. 17... Was the second Valpo runner to cross the finish at 26:17.1 in the Notre Dame – Joe Piane Invitational’s five-mile race on Oct. 1... Again placed second on the team with a 25:51.9 in the 8K at the Oct. 15 Bradley Pink Classic... Turned in a 27:03.0 in the 8K at the MVC Championship on Oct. 29.

2021 (Track & Field): Had the team’s second-best indoor 3000 time of the season at 8:43.65 at the GVSU Big Meet on Feb. 13… Notched the team’s best outdoor 800 time of the year with a 1:54.19 at the MVC Championship on May 14… Turned in a season-best outdoor 1500 at 3:55.71 on April 16 at the Gibson Invitational… Member of MVC Academic Honor Roll.

2020-21 (Cross Country): Featured in MVC Scholar-Athlete Spotlight… Ranked second on the team in the MVC Championship on March 3 at Evansville, finishing the race in 26:17.9.

2020 (Track & Field): Started his season with two career-bests on Jan. 17 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic, finishing the 800-meter run at 1:57.03 and the mile at 4:19.89. The times would hold on to be Valpo’s second- and third-best of the year, respectively… Ran 8:54.39 in the 3000-meter run on Feb. 8 at Notre Dame’s Meyo Invitational… Neared his career-best on Feb. 15 at Boston University’s David Hemery Valentine Invitational, running the 800-meter run in 1:57.07. Also recorded a time of 4:23.14 in the mile on Feb. 15… Competed in both the 4x400 and distance medley relays for Valpo on Feb. 29-March1 at the MVC Indoor Championships, hosted by UNI.

2019 (Cross Country): Competed in all six meets for Valpo during his sophomore campaign, finishing top three on the team five times…. Set a PR in the 6K with a time of 19:12.7 in the Crusader Open, which Valpo hosted on Sept. 6… Ran his career’s best 5-mile (25:15.95) and 8K (25:33.8) time in consecutive meets: Oct. 4 at Notre Dame’s Joe Piane Invite and Oct. 18 at Bradley’s Pink Classic, respectively… Finished third on the team and 28th overall at the MVC Championships, which Valpo hosted on Nov. 2 with a time of 26:06.4… Finished the year with a 33:23.1 mark in the 10K, at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional in Madison, Wis. His time stands as the program’s seventh-best for the 10K.

2019 (Track & Field): Enjoyed a strong freshman year, recording the team’s third-best indoor time in the 1-mile at 4:21.27 at the GVSU Open. Ran a 2:00.45 in his only indoor 800-meter of the run, also at the GVSU Open… Had his best time in the 3000-meter run on Feb. 15 at the GVSU Tune-up, finishing in 8:41.85. Ran the opening leg of the men’s distance medley that recorded a time of 10:11.01 at the Meyo Invitational on Feb. 1, the fourth-best time in Valpo history... Recorded the team’s second-best outdoor time in the 800-meter run with a career-best mark of 1:58.78 March 22 at SIU’s Bill Cornell Spring Classic... Set a personal record in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:23.42 at Illinois Twilight Invitational... Finished within one second of the team lead in the 1,500-meter run, recording a time of 3:57.93 April 27 at Lenny Lyles/Clark Wood Invitational... Ran 4:03.57 in the 1,500 at MVC Outdoor Championships on May 12.

2018 (Cross Country): Competed in all six meets as a freshman for Valpo…Took home a pair of second-place team finishes on the season, including a season-best 25:34.7 time in the 8K at the Greater Louisville Classic, as well as a 25:47.6 finish at the Bradley Intercollegiate.
