2022 (Cross Country): Clocked a time of 21:29.8 in the 6K at the season-opening Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 2... Had an 8K time of 29:38.09 at the Spartan Invite on Sept. 16... Crossed the finish in 28:09.3 in the five-mile run on Sept. 30 at the Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational... Stopped the clock in 27:43.7 in the 8K at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 14.

2022 (Track & Field): Achieved a PR in the 1,500 at the Illini Classic on April 9 with a time of 4:31.23... Earned Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors.

2021 (Cross Country): Finished the 6K in 20:47.4 at the season-opening Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 3... Completed the 8K course in 28:21.9 at the Illinois State Invite on Sept. 17... Had a five-mile time of 30:01.6 at the Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational on Oct. 1... Finished in 28:51.6 at the Bradley Pink Classic’s 8K on Oct. 15.

2021 (Track & Field): Had his top indoor 3000 time of the year on Feb. 26 at the MVC Championships, finishing in 9:23.37… Raced in the outdoor 5000 on April 9 at the Big Blue Classic and finished in 16:30.98… Turned in a season-best 10:31.79 in the 3000 steeplechase on May 14 at the MVC Championships… Earned MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award, MVC Academic Honor Roll and Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors.

2020-21 (Cross Country): Did not compete in the MVC Championship, the team’s lone race of the season.

2020 (Track): Began his collegiate career with a 9:59.70 showing in the 3000 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic on Jan. 17… Ran his best 5000 with a 17:08.94 at Indiana State in the John Gartland Invitational on Jan. 25, finishing eighth… PR’d in the 3000 two weeks later on Feb. 7 at University of Chicago’s Windy City Rumble, finishing with a time of 9:44.77… Ran a 9:48.75 3000 at the GVSU Big Meet on Feb. 15.

2019 (Cross Country): Opened his freshman campaign with a 6K mark of 21:56.0 on Sept. 6 at Valpo’s Crusader Open… Ran his best 8K time of 29:15.4 at Indiana State’s John McNichols Invitational on Sept. 21… Also recorded a five-mile time of 28:59.57 at Notre Dame’s Invite on Oct. 4. 

Prep: Four-time letter winner for the Trojans in cross country, and a three-time letter winner in track... Senior year captain of both track and cross country teams... WIAA Scholar-Athlete award winner... was a member of the National Honors Society... recipient of the Rock Valley Conference Academic Excellence Award.
