The Valparaiso men's tennis team saw its 2003 season come to an end on Friday morning in Tulsa, Okla. as the Crusaders fell 4-0 to IUPUI in the Mid-Continent Conference Tournament semifinals.

The Jaguars opened the match winning the doubles point, taking first and second doubles, while also leading in the third spot.

In singles play, IUPUI was victorious in straight sets at second, fourth, and sixth singles to post the match victory. Valpo's Ben Dunham-Freer (Fort Thomas, Ky./Highlands H.S.) led in his match at first singles, 7-5, 1-2 when the contest was halted.

The Crusaders end their season with a 5-14 record overall.
