Valparaiso University head men's tennis coach Jim Daugherty has released his 2003 spring schedule.

The Crusaders have 16 matches lined up for the coming season in addition to a spring trip to Florida in which they will compete in several other matches.

The Brown and Gold's season will open on January 18 when Valpo travels to Ball State. The Crusaders home opener is slated for March 29 against Bradley. The home schedule also features visits to Brown Courts by Wright State, Butler, and Illinois-Chicago.

The Crusaders will begin defense of their Mid-Continent Conference title with a cluster at UMKC on April 11-12. Valpo?s other conference cluster will take place at IUPUI on April 18-19. The Mid-Con Tournament will be April 25-26 and hosted by the regular season champion.
