The 2002 Valparaiso University men's and women's cross country schedule is set and has been released by head coach Mike Straubel.

The Crusaders will participate in eight meets during the season, beginning on Sept. 6 when they host the Valparaiso Invitational. This year's event will be held at Sunset Hills with the women's race beginning at 5 p.m. and the men's contest at 5:45 p.m.

The 2002 Mid-Continent Conference Championships will be held in Indianapolis, Ind. on Nov. 2, with the meet hosted by IUPUI. The Crusaders will conclude the season at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional in West Lafayette, Ind.

The brown and gold will also compete in invitationals at Indiana, Notre Dame, Loyola, Indiana State, and Wisconsin-Parkside throughout the fall season.
