Valparaiso University's women's track and field team had four members named to the All Mid-Continent Conference Team following the Indoor Championships held this past weekend.

Amanda Meyer (Somerset, Wis./Somerset H.S.), Amy Mikel (Lemont, Ill./Fenwick H.S.), Rachel Nelson (Lee's Summit, Mo./Lee's Summit H.S.), and Maggie Zellner (Downers Grove, Ill./Benet Academy) all earned the honor as members of the conference champion distance medley relay. The four crossed the finish line in a time of 12:25.59, nearly 11 seconds in front of their nearest competitor. The time was the second fastest in school history.
