Valparaiso University senior Jay Adams (Detroit, Mich./Andover H.S.) has been named the Mid-Continent Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week following his performance at the Ball State Fall Invitational.

Adams won a pair of singles matches in the D Flight, advancing to the semifinals of the consolation draw, recording victories over Eastern Illinois and IUPUI.

In doubles action with Evan Roller (Canton, Mich./Plymouth Salem H.S.), the duo won the D Flight consolation draw with victories over Eastern Illinois, Xavier (Ohio), and IUPUI.
