Three track and field athletes from Valparaiso University earned All Mid-Continent Conference Team honors following the conference Indoor Championships held this past weekend.

Todd Goodrick (Rochester Hills, Mich./Rochester H.S.), Joshua Lee (Yellow Jacket, Colo./Montezuma-Cortez H.S.), and Elliot Powell (Orange, Calif./Santa Ana H.S.) all were recognized for their efforts by the Mid-Con office.

Goodrick finished second in the shot put with a school record toss of 52'4". Lee was runner-up in the long jump with a leap of 22'3". Powell set school records in the 60m (6.94) and 200m (22.20) dashes, placing second in the 60m event.
