Valparaiso University football will host Wisconsin Lutheran on Sept. 4 beginning at 1 p.m. The game was originally scheduled to be played at Wisconsin Lutheran's stadium in Milwaukee, but the new facility will not be completed by the date of the contest. The Sept. 4 game becomes the home opener for Valpo, which opens its season Aug. 28 at North Dakota State.

The Crusaders will travel to play at Wisconsin Lutheran during the 2005 and 2006 seasons.
