Valparaiso University's Bill Marshall was selected as the Pioneer Football League Defensive Player of the Week for his performance in the Crusaders' 33-0 season finale victory over Aurora.

Marshall, a senior defensive end from Warwick, N.Y./HS, made a team-high six tackles (all solo) with two tackles for loss, including a sack. He also forced a fumble as the Crusaders' defense limited Aurora to 12 passing yards.
