WVUR (95.1 FM-Valparaiso) has announced that the student-run radio station will broadcast 42 live soccer and volleyball matches this fall, including several road contests this upcoming season.

Sports director Brent Whitlock has scheduled ten live women's soccer contests, seven live men's soccer matches, and 25 live volleyball events both on WVUR and on the internet at www.valpo.edu/athletics. In addition, six other soccer matches will be aired on a tape-delayed basis and five contests will be broadcast via the internet on www.sportsjuice.com.

The fall schedule begins on August 26 with a home women's soccer match against Murray State and continues the following day with a pair of volleyball matches at the WMU Fall Kickoff Tournament hosted by Western Michigan. The first men's soccer match to air will be September 11 against Northern Illinois.

The schedule includes live coverage of the Mid-Continent Conference Volleyball Tournament hosted by Valpo in late November, along with tape-delayed coverage of the Men's and Women's Soccer Championships earlier in the month.
