The Crusader softball team’s first taste of Horizon League road action will come one day earlier than expected, as Valpo’s doubleheader at UIC has been moved to 4 p.m. on Friday, April 11 due to forecasted weather over the weekend.

A determination on game date and time for the final game of the series, originally scheduled for Sunday afternoon, will be made on Friday.  Valpo enters the weekend series at 21-12 overall and 4-2 in league play, while UIC sits atop the Horizon League at 7-1 with a 16-21 overall mark.
