            The Valparaiso University men’s and women’s soccer programs will be holding “Firefighter Appreciation Day” on Sunday afternoon at Eastgate Field.  The doubleheader features the Crusader women hosting Cleveland State at noon for Senior Day followed by the Valpo men entertaining IPFW at 2:30 p.m.

            Local fire stations will be present at the games.  The first 300 kids through the gates on the afternoon will receive a firefighter hat, be able to explore a fire engine that will be on location, and meet some of the local firefighters.

            Admission to the soccer doubleheader is $5 for adults, $3 for children 13-18, and free for children 12 and under.
