The final game of a three-game weekend series between Valparaiso and Morehead State scheduled for Sunday afternoon has been canceled due to snow and sub-freezing temperatures.

The game will not be made up.  The Crusaders won the first two games of the series on Saturday by the scores of 6-5 and 8-5.

Valparaiso (2-0) will return to the diamond next Friday afternoon to begin a three-game weekend set against Arkansas-Little Rock in Little Rock, Ark.  First pitch of the series opener is set for 3 p.m.
