Valparaiso bowling head coach Stephen Anthony announced today his squad’s schedule for the 2009-2010 season, the inaugural campaign for the program.

The Crusaders will bowl for the first time as a team at the Greater Ozark Open from October 23-25, hosted by the University of Central Missouri.  Two weeks later, Valpo will head to Lincoln, Neb. to participate in the Big Red Invitational before hosting its first ever home tournament, the Crusader Classic, at Inman’s Fun and Recreation Center November 13-15.

Following the home tournament, seven more tournaments are on the docket over a four-month span, as the Crusaders will participate in meets at Maryland Eastern Shore, Arkansas State, Kutztown, Fontbonne, UW-Whitewater, Indiana and Vanderbilt.  The NCAA Championships will be contested April 8-10 in North Brunswick, N.J., hosted by New Jersey City University.
