More rain Saturday night into Sunday has cancelled the weekend baseball series between Valparaiso and Wright State in Dayton, Ohio.

The Crusaders and Raiders were unable to play any of the three scheduled games, and they will not be made up.  Valpo and Wright State are slated to play a doubleheader at Emory G. Bauer Field on April 23.

Valparaiso will now return to the diamond on Tuesday afternoon for the Crusaders’ home opener against Central Michigan.  First pitch is set for 3 p.m.
