The Valparaiso men’s basketball program will be holding its year-end banquet on Monday, April 25 at 6 p.m. in the Community Room of the Christopher Center, located on the Valpo campus.  The public is invited to come help the Crusaders celebrate the 2010-2011 season, in which they won 23 games, tied for third-most in program history.

Along the way this past season, the Crusaders captured a pair of in-season tournament titles for the first time in program history.  Valpo also set a new program high for Horizon League victories while finishing just one game out of the regular season championship.  The Crusaders received votes in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll for four straight weeks, and made their tenth postseason appearance in the last 16 years, earning a home game in the CIT.
