Valparaiso University’s women’s golf team will take to the links for four events this fall as head coach Mike Higdon has announced his autumn schedule.

The Crusaders will open the season September 13-14 at the Green Bay Lady Phoenix Fall Classic before staying closer to home September 20-21 competing in the Chicago State Fall Invitational at Lost Marsh Golf Course in Hammond, Ind., the site of the Brown and Gold’s inaugural tournament in 2009.

Following a week off, Valpo will compete in the Butler Fall Invitational on October 4-5 before wrapping up the fall slate at the Dayton Fall Invitational October 18-19.  The Crusaders are playing in the same four events as the ones they competed during the fall of 2009.

Higdon returns four players from the inaugural season and has added three freshmen to the roster for 2010-2011.
