A Mid-Con All-Academic Team member and NFCA Scholar-Athlete, Robinson started all 46 games in 2007 and led the Crusaders and the Mid-Con with a .392 batting average. She set a new Valpo single-season record with 58 hits in 2007, as well as registering 84 total bases, second-best in a season in Crusader history.

Zappia, a junior pitcher, currently holds a 3.76 cumulative GPA as a history major. A two-time NFCA Scholar-Athlete and Mid-Con All-Academic Team member, she is the Crusader and Mid-Con all-time record holder with 14 saves, tied for 14th-best in NCAA Division I history.
