Valparaiso’s scheduled game on Thursday against #19/20 DePaul at the Valparaiso University Softball Field has been canceled due to forecasted rain throughout the day.  The game will not be made up.

Valpo will attempt to return to action on Saturday with a key Horizon League doubleheader against second-place Cleveland State.  The twinbill will now start at 2 p.m., a change from the original start time of noon.  Saturday will be Senior Day at the Valparaiso University Softball Field, as the Crusaders will honor their four seniors, while the giveaway of two free roundtrip tickets from South Bend to Orlando on Allegiant Air will also now be held Saturday.
