Valparaiso senior setter Kim Bukowski (Waukesha, Wis./West) has been recognized by the Collegiate Volleyball Update (CVU.com) as one of its Top Performers last week after her performances in a pair of Crusader sweeps.

Bukowski, who was named the Horizon League’s Offensive Player of the Week on Monday, averaged 12.67 assists/set and also chipped in 1.50 kills/set and 2.50 digs/set as the Crusaders went 2-0 last week, while also surpassing 1,000 assists for the season.  She has helped guide Valpo to the top-15 in the nation in both kills and assists, and ranks second in the Horizon League in league-only play with 11.24 assists/set.

CVU.com recognizes a National Player of the Week and ten additional Top Performers each week of the season.  Bukowski is the first Crusader to earn weekly recognition from CVU.com this season.
