Valparaiso University swimming and diving coach Howard Hunte has announced his 2009-2010 schedule which will see the Crusaders compete 12 times during the season, including four invitationals, prior to the Horizon League Championships.

The Crusaders will open the season on October 9 at the Dennis Stark Relays hosted by Notre Dame before heading to the Purdue Invitational the following afternoon.

Valpo will entertain Wright State on October 24 to kick off the dual meet season at the Athletics-Recreation Center  November 14 the Brown and Gold heads to Cleveland, Ohio for a quadrangular meet with Cleveland State, Niagara, and Saint Bonaventure before heading to Wisconsin to face Green Bay and Wisconsin the following weekend. pool.

Prior to the holiday break, the Brown and Gold will head to the Calvin Invitational from December 3-5.  The Crusaders return from the break to start 2010 at the Ball State Invitational before heading to UIC for a dual meet and Butler for a quadrangular meet.  The women then are slated to wrap up the season at home on February 6 against Butler before both teams compete in the Horizon League Championships in Chicago, Ill. from February 24-27.
