Senior jumps specialist Jazmin Taylor (Rock Island, Ill./Rock Island) has been named the Horizon League Female Field Athlete of the Week, the league announced Tuesday.

At the Mike Lints Alumni Open last weekend, Taylor jumped 1.64m/5-4.5 to claim her third straight high jump title this season. She jumped 1.65m/5-5 and 1.59m/5-2.5 respectively, to capture the top spots at the Lewis Open and Mastodon Open earlier in the year.

Taylor and the Crusaders return to the track on Friday when they return to Fort Wayne, Ind. for the IPFW Duals. Start time is scheduled for 2:00 pm CT.
