2017 (Cross Country): Recorded the top finish in all six meets for the Crusaders this year, capping off a great senior season ... Had her best-6K mark at the Bradley Classic (23:19.10) ... Ran a 19:02.90 at the Notre Dame Invitational, which is her best finish in a 5K event of the year ... Ended the NCAA Regional meet with a time of 23:41.50 ... Had a time of 19:10.90 at her first and last MVC Championships ... Finished the year as the team's captain the last two seasons.

2017 (Track): Had Valpo's top 5,000m run of the year with an 18:44.66 on April 22 ... Also led the Crusaders in the 10,000m run, a 39:35.48 on May 5 ... Turned in a 5:13.83 in the 1,500m run on April 15. 

2016 (Cross Country): Valpo’s top finisher at the Notre Dame Invite (18:45.4), Crusader Open (19:38.4) and San Diego Invite (23:33) ... recorded the teams second-best finish at the NCAA Regionals (23:17.9).

2016 (Track): Led Valparaiso in the indoor 5,000m run (18:14.29) ... team’s second-best performer in the 3,000m event (10:42.48) ... only event for the outdoor season was in the 5,000m run (18:36.70).

2015 (Cross Country): Ran in all six meets for Valpo during her sophomore year ... was the second-fastest Valpo runner five times and ranked third among the Crusaders in the other race ... opened season with 15th-place finish at Crusader Open, covering 5K in 20:51.7 ... ran top 5K time of her career at Notre Dame, crossing the line in 19:38.2 ... ran career-best 6K time of 23:01.9 at Bradley ... member of Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.

2015 (Track): For indoor season, the distance runner had a time of 5:55.05 in the mile ... a 11:38.25 in the 3,000m run ... a 19:58.06 in the 5,000m race ... she only competed in one event for outdoor, the 5,000m event (20:15.42).

2014 (Cross Country): Ran in all six races for the Crusaders in her freshman season ... made her collegiate debut at the Crusader Open 4K where she ran a 15:43.2 ... ran a 20:54 at the Western Invitational 5K ... crossed the finish line of the Notre Dame Invitational 5K in 20:00.2 ... turned in a time of 24:48.4 at the Bradley Invite 6K ... recorded a 24:21 6K at the Horizon League Championships ... closed out her rookie campaign with a 24:45 time at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional 6K.

Prep: Four-time letter winner for the Indians ... three-time First-Team All-Conference ... captain of state qualifying team ... member of National Honor Society.
