2022 (Track & Field): Set a personal best in the outdoor 1,500 at 5:05.60 in the Big Blue Classic... Achieved a PR of 19:04.24 in the outdoor 5,000 at the Gibson Invitational.

2021 (Cross Country): Finished third on the team with a time of 19:49.3 in the Valparaiso Winrow Open’s 5K on Sept. 3... Crossed the finish in 23:45.5 at the Illinois State Invite’s 6K on Sept. 17... Was the third Beacon to finish the Bradley Pink Classic’s 6K at 24:22.2 on Oct. 15... Stopped the clock in 24:23.0 in the 6K at the MVC Championship on Oct. 29... Closed the season with a 6K time of 24:09.2 on Nov. 12 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

2021 (Track & Field): Had the team’s best indoor 3000-meter run of the season at 10:48.84 on Feb. 13 at the GVSU Big Meet… Posted her season-best outdoor 1500 time of 5:05.60 on April 9 at the Big Blue Classic… Turned in her season-best outdoor 5000 time of 19:04.24 on April 16 at the Gibson Invitational.

2020-21 (Cross Country): Led the team at the MVC Cross Country Championship on March 3 at Evansville with a time of 19:18.2.

2020 (Track): Began her season with a 10:54.70 time in the 3000-meter run on Jan. 17 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic in Allendale, Mich… Finished ninth in the mile on Jan. 25 at the John Gartland Invitational… Authored a seventh-place finish in the mile on Feb. 8 at the University of Chicago’s Windy City Rumble, finishing with at a career-best 5:23.93… Recorded a PR in the 3000 on March 1 at the MVC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:43.06.

2019 (Cross Country): In her first cross country season, was second on the team in both the 5K and 6K… In her first collegiate cross country race, ran a 19:47.4 at the Crusader Open on Sept. 6…. Set new personal records in the following two 5Ks, including her career-best 19:10.42, which she recorded in Notre Dame on Oct. 4 at the Joe Piane Invite… Ran her best 6K on Oct. 18, recording a mark of 22:39.7 at the Bradley Pink Classic… Led her team in the MVC Championship on Nov. 2 in Valparaiso, finishing in 26th place with a time of 19:19.6. Also finished first on the team in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 15, completing the 6K in 23:01.0. 

2019 (Track): Recorded personal best and team second-best time in the indoor mile (5:34.80) on Feb. 2 at the Fred Wilt open and finished ninth… Ran her best indoor 800-meter run at the MVC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23 with a time of 2:28.22… Ran anchor in the indoor 4x400-meter relay on Jan. 25 at the GVSU Open, a squad that gave Valpo its second-best time of the season (4:25.07)... Did not compete during the outdoor season.
