2020 (Track & Field): Kicked off her season with a 12:37.53 time in the 3000-meter run on Jan. 17 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic… Ran her best 5000-meter time on Jan. 25 at the John Gartland Invitational, recording a time of 21:27.69… Ran a career-best time of 12:07.29 in the 3000 at GVSU Big Meet on Feb. 15.

2019 (Cross Country): Competed in all six meets for Valpo… Opened her junior season with a 22:35.3 showing in the 5K at Valpo’s Crusader Open on Sept. 6… Logged her season-best 5K the following meet on Sept. 21 when she ran 21:51.9 at the John McNichols Invitational, hosted by Indiana State… Ran a 22:37.6 in the MVC Championship 5K race in Valparaiso on Nov. 2… Finished the season with a 26:56.1 time in the 6K at NCAA Great Lakes Regional in Madison, Wis. on Nov. 15.

2019 (Track & Field): Saw action in two meets for Valpo during the indoor season… Hit a time of 21:38.60 in the 5000-meter run at the GVSU Open on Jan. 25… Ran the 3K at the Fred Wilt Open in 12:31.41… Posted a PR in the 5000-meter run with a 21:08.46 on March 23, the team’s second-best time in that event during the season. Had a personal best in the outdoor 1500-meter run with a 5:52.58 on April 13 at the Illinois Twilight.

2018 (Cross Country): Ran in five of six meets for Valparaiso during her sophomore campaign…Achieved a sixth place team finish as well as her top 5K performance of the year at the Greater Louisville Classic, where she got the job done in 21:44.9…Top 6K time of the year came at the Bradley Pink Classic, as she completed the circuit in 26:11.6.

2018 (Track): Recorded a time of 12:14.77 in the indoor 3000 meter run on Jan. 27 at the Fred Wilt Open… On April 21 at the DePaul Invitational,  she recorded a time of 5:55.74 in the 1500 meter run.

2017 (Cross Country): Ran in five meets during rookie season for Valpo ... Had first collegiate race at the Spartan Invitational in East Lansing, Mich., eclipsing the line in 28:24.60 ... Earned top-6K result of the season at the Bradley Classic (26:31.30) ... Tallied best-5K mark at the Notre Dame Invitational (21:18.50).

Prep: One-year letter winner for the Eagles ... received 2016 mental attitude award ... 2014 most improved ... competed on the track and field team.

Personal: Daughter to Sally and Robert Neal ... majoring in excercise science.
