The Valparaiso University men's tennis program held their 13th annual alumni tournament on Saturday, October 11 in conjunction with Homecoming weekend.  Thirteen alumni returned to play in the event, which featured singles and doubles.

The doubles final saw Nate Buckert and Ben Freer defeat Jonathan Huffman and Alex Lau 6-4.  The singles tournament was cut short due to daylight, but the final four included Buckert, Marc VeVerka, Kevin DeHerrera, and Kyle Stump.

Other alumni that joined the current Crusader squad for the event included: Steve Jenny, Jay Adams, Mike Shideler, Rob Loeber, Mike Wagner, Dave Bukowski, Dan McGlath, Cliff Barnett, and Jeff Vrabel.
