Jill Dierberg (Saint Louis, Mo./Lutheran South H.S.) won the consolation draw of the B Flight on Sunday morning and teamed with Rachel Janssen (Fort Wayne, Ind./Dwenger H.S.) to win a pair of doubles matches as the Crusaders wrapped up play at the Windy City Invitational.

Dierberg defeated Cristina Vlase of Chicago State 6-2, 6-2 for her third victory of the weekend after dropping her opening match.

The duo downed Laura Amebeck and Christina Reimer of Gustavus Adolphus 6-0 in their first doubles contest of the day, then defeated Vlase and Samantha Islas of Chicago State 8-2 to conclude play.

Janssen will represent Valpo at the ITA Regional Championships beginning on Thursday in East Lansing, Mich. to conclude the fall season.
