... lowered time another 14 seconds at the Horizon League Championships, where
he was the third Crusader runner to finish ... ran for the first time at the
NCAA Great Lakes Regional, posting a 10K time of 35:42.3, fourth-fastest among
Valpo runners.
2008 (Track and Field): Ranked as the second-fastest Crusader during indoor campaign in the 800m run (2:02.17, Phoenix Invitational) ... also competed indoors in the mile run (4:35.92, HL Championships) ... did not run for Valpo during the outdoor season.

Evansville Invitational, crossing the line in 27:44.01 ... one of eight
runners to represent Crusaders at Mid-Con Championships.
2006 (Track and Field): Recorded a team-best time of 1:58.55 in the 800m run during the outdoor
season ... also posted time of 4:33.0 in the 1,500m run ... ran the
800m run in 2:05.52 and the mile run in 4:51.32 indoors ... also part
of the Crusader 4x400m relay team that registered a time of 3:36.58.
2005 (Cross Country): Ran three times as a freshman ... lowered his time in each race ...
finished season-opening Crusader Invitational 8K in 29:58 ... was
second fastest Valpo finisher at Loyola (Chicago) Lakefront
Invitational, completing the 8K course in 29:43 ... ran fastest 8K of
season at Evansville Invitational, finishing 55th with a time of
29:09.5.
