ARC Pool

Built in 1962, the Athletics-Recreation Center Pool was the competition home for the Valpo swimming program for nearly 60 years. The pool still serves as the swimming program's practice facility, hosts the program's annual alumni meet and is also available at designated times for open swim for University constituents.

The six-lane, 25-yard pool is housed on the ground floor of the ARC. Locker room facilities are located directly off of the pool area, with the Valpo swim teams each having their own section within each locker room.

A Colorado Timing System was installed in 2005, allowing for times of all lanes to be visible from all portions of the pool.
