Valparaiso University

George Gillman arrived at Valparaiso University in June 2025 as the Graduate Assistant for Esports. In his role, he manages the day-to-day operations of the Valpo Esports program. Before joining Valpo, George served as the President of Esports at Indiana University from 2023 to 2025. During his tenure, he also managed the Call of Duty team and played a key role in program development and competitive logistics. Under his leadership, the club earned multiple Battle for Indiana championships and was honored as the 2024 EsportsU Club of the Year. He also contributed to national collegiate Valorant initiatives, including ranking efforts that helped shape the competitive landscape.

Gillman received his Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University South Bend and will be enrolled in the sports administration master’s program at Valpo.
