2024-25 (Track & Field): Posted a personal-best 4:29.55 indoor mile at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic on Feb. 8… Ran a personal-best in the indoor 3000m at the Alex Wilson Invitational on Feb. 22 with a 9:06.42… Set a personal best in the outdoor 5000m with 16:21.33 at the Tennessee Invite on April 4-5… Earned MVC Honor Roll.

2024 (Cross Country): Opened up his career at the Winrow Valparaiso Open on Aug. 30 in 19:58.4… At the Redbird Invite on Sept. 13, ran the 8k in 26:50.6… Ran in the 8k at The Gans Creek Classic on Sept. 27 in 26:34.7… At the Wisconsin Pre National on Oct. 19, ran the 8k in 28:04.8… Ran a personal best at the MVC Championship on Nov. 1, running the 8k in 26:11.1… Finished out his season running the 10k at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 15 with a time of 33:07.8.

Prep: Was a three-time state participant in cross country… Owned a 15:57 cross country PR to go along with a 2:00 PR in the 800… Was a four-year varsity letterwinner… Was a member of his school’s honor roll and National Honor Society and boasted a 3.8 grade point average.
