2024-25 (Track and Field): Set a personal best in the indoor mile at the GVSU Big Meet on Feb. 15… Ran a personal best in the indoor 3000 with a time of 8:43.46 at the Alex Wilson Invitational… Recorded a new personal best in the outdoor 1500 at the Badger Challenge on May 2… Earned MVC Honor Roll.

2024 (Cross Country): Opened the season at the Winrow Valparaiso Open running the 6k in 20:57 on Aug. 30.

2024 (Track & Field): Had a PR in the 3000 at 8:53.25 at the Butler Invitational on Jan. 20... Set a personal best in the mile at 4:28.58 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic on Jan. 26-27... PR’d in the 5000 at 15:24.22 at the GVSU Big Meet on Feb. 9... Had his best 3000 steeplechase and was the event runner-up at 10:03.10 on April 5-6 at the SIU Bill Cornell Invite.

2023 (Cross Country): Did not see meet action.

2023 (Track & Field): Turned in an indoor mile time of 4:39.24 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic… Had an indoor 3,000 time of 9:14.29 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic.

2022 (Cross Country): Made his collegiate debut with a time of 20:46.9 in the 6K at the Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 2... Had an 8K time of 28:11.99 at the Sept. 16 Spartan Invite... Posted a 27:25.8 in the five-mile run at the Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational on Sept. 30... Completed the five-mile run in 27:36.5 at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 14.
