2024: Had the fifth-best indoor 300-meter time in program history at 35.97 seconds, the program’s fastest time in that event since 2013. That came on Dec. 9 at the Edmunds-Wilt Invite... Had a PR in the 60m at 7.23 seconds on Dec. 1-2 at the John Coughlin Invite... Turned in a personal-best 400 time of 50.85 on Feb. 2-3 at the Meyo Invitational... Clocked a PR of 22.29 seconds in the 200 at the SIU Bill Cornell Invite on April 5-6... Finished the 100 in 11.01 seconds on April 18-20 at the Gibson Invitational.

2023: Led the team in the indoor 400 with a time of 51.73 at the Meyo Invitational… Had the team’s top indoor 300 time of the season with a 36.53 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic…  Had his indoor season personal best of 7.38 seconds in the 60 at the Blue & Gold Invitational and 23.19 in the 200 at the Meyo Invitational… Had the team’s top time of the season in the indoor 400 at 51.25 seconds at the Clark Wood Open… Finished the 100 in 11.66 seconds at the Elaine Leigh Invite and had his best 200 time of the season at 22.85 seconds at the Clark Wood Open.

Prep: 12^th indoor for the 400 at Victor J. Andrew... Sixth at state for the 4x4... Two-time state qualifier (once in the 400, once in the 4x4).

Personal: Son of Elizabeth and Joseph Vassolo... Majoring in meteorology... Enjoys being outside and learning about cars... Hobbies include working out and spending time with friends.
