Biography

2024: Had a PR in the 300 at 38.58 seconds on Dec. 9 at the Edmunds-Wilt Invite... Had his best 60 hurdles time of 8.89 on Jan. 26-27 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic... Set his season standard in the 200 at 23.84 on Feb. 10 at the GVSU Big Meet... Had a personal best of 1:03.67 in the 400 hurdles on April 5-6 at the SIU Bill Cornell Invite... Set his personal best in the 110 hurdles at 16.43 at the Sycamore Open on April 27... Had a personal best in the javelin at 39.35 (129-1) at the MVC Outdoor Championships on May 10-12.
